Corporate Application’s team
The Corporate Applications team is responsible for developing the information system for business units such as Finances, Human Resources and Legal Affairs. Using Web technologies and state-of-the-art solutions, the Corporate Applications team is helping Ivanhoé Cambridge being part of the world’s top real estate portfolio managers.
Specific accountabilities:
We are currently recruiting for an IT Business Analyst for Ivanhoé Cambridge’s Information Technology Department. As a member of the Corporate Applications group the Business Analyst's responsibilities will include:
  • Gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements;
  • Participation in the testing and implementation of technical solutions;
  • Have experience in solutions for legal affairs is desirable;
  • Planning, coordination and execution of defined project team activities;
  • Development and production of project documentation including Project Charters, project plans and process and workflow models;
  • Providing second-level functional support to users ;
  • Facilitation of meetings;
  • Other duties as required
Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (finance, general accounting);
  • 4 to 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst;
  • Knowledge of J.E. Edwards is a strong asset;
  • Knowledge of SharePoint is an asset;
  • Able to work independently, to manage priorities, to work under pressure and to manage various projects simultaneously;
  • Fluency in French and English is essential;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Solid multitasking abilities and solid analytical and integrative skills;
  • May be asked to provide user support outside normal business hours
