Specific accountabilities:
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the incumbent will be responsible for sorting the applications received through our Candidate Management system, according to the requirements and criteria of the recruiter in charge of the recruitment mandate. In addition they will be sourcing for potential talents through our social media networks and other different types of channels.
Key requirements
  • RH or other related field diploma in progress or completed;
  • Relevant experience in recruitment activities;
  • Bilingualism;
  •  Very good knowledge related to job sites as well as social network sites;
  • Knowledge of competency assessment tools;
  • Team spirit.
