HRIS Analyst

Specific accountabilities:
Reporting to the Manager, HR Systems and Organizational Effectiveness, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for carrying out activities related to the administration and update of human resources management integrated systems.
  • Help set up an integrated human resources management system (HRIS) and conduct functional analysis and integrity testing.
  • Work with other team members to review existing positions, job descriptions and processes.
  • Document new business processes.
  • Contribute to the development and analysis of management indicators.
  • Oversee and report on the integrity of HRIS data.
  • Provide support to HR system users and resolve technical problems in collaboration with the IT Department.
  • Develop reports to support business units’ needs.
  • Update HR system data as required.
  • Provide support to the Manager, HR Systems and Organizational Effectiveness, for various projects.


Key requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration or information technology.
  • Two to three years of experience in HR-related IT systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical skills, proactive attitude and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Team player and effective communicator.
  • Customer service–oriented.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
