Analyst, Treasury Reporting

Specific accountabilities:
Reporting Director, Treasury Reporting, the incumbent will participate in the analysis and preparation of financial reports related to treasury transactions including the documentation and follow-up of inter-company transactions in compliance with the capitalization structures for the legal entities.                                    
  •  Follow-up, analyze and document inter-company equity transactions (distributions, share premiums etc.);
  • Follow-up, analyze and document inter-company loans;
  • Participate in the documentation and follow-up of treasury transactions;
  • Participate in transfer pricing analysis for the back-to-back inter-company loans;
  • Account for and update the treasury database (sub-ledger) for all inter-company transactions;
  • Account for and transfer sub-ledger amounts to general ledger;
  • Reconciliation of sub-ledger to general ledger;
  • Prepare the quarterly treasury reports for corporate;
  • Analysis and reconciliation of treasury reports with the general ledger;
  • Participate in the implementation of treasury systems;
  • Perform other duties in order to support Director, Treasury Reporting and Treasury Team with its respective departmental responsibilities.
Key requirements 
  • Bachelor degree with a major in Accounting;
  • CPA designation (an asset);
  • 1 to 3 years experience in treasury and financial analysis in a large company (an asset);
  • Proficiency in MS Office; J.D. Edwards and Access, an asset;
  • Good knowledge of French and English (both spoken and written);
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Aptitude to embrace change and positive learning attitude;
  • Strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills and autonomous;
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and as part of a team.
