Development - Central Region

Specific accountabilities:
Reporting to both the Director, Development Leasing and Director, Development Analysis, this position provides administrative support specifically to the Development Leasing team and the Development Analysis team. Specific duties include:
Development Leasing:
  • Preparation of correspondence, reports, interoffice memos and presentation material.
  • TIPS entry and tracking.
  • Coding of invoices.
  • Handling incoming leasing calls.
  • Coordinate attendance at industry conferences.
Development Analysis:
  • Distribution of Monthly Financial Review documents.
  • Weekly Coordination of Development Pipeline document.
  • Data entry of financial data in development analysis excel files as required.
  • Maintaining key development approval documentation.
Both Groups:
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and send expense reports.
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements.
  • Filing and photocopying.
Key requirements
  • Minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in retail real estate environment.
  • Exposure to retail tenant leases.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent Word skills.
  • Exposure to Excel is an asset.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
