The Property Coordinator's key area of responsibility is to assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre. Specific functions include responsibility for the collection of receivables and tenant insurance certificates, rent abatement administration, occupancy reports, forecasting and liaising with tenants, on mall staff and security. In addition, assisting with budget preparation and day-to-day budget control in specific areas, monthly reporting, as well as working with the Marketing Director and Customer Service Manager on specific programs as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
A University Degree, Business major preferred. Must possess exceptional managerial, leadership, communication and customer service skills. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel) are also a must, along with the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities.
